Photos of the Red Bluff Research Pumping Plant

The Red Bluff Research Pumping Plant is located on the Sacramento River near the town of Red Bluff, California. This facility ia located next to the Red Bluff Diversion Dam, and was built to investigate and test fish friendly pumps and lifts that may be used throughout the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta at fish salvage and water diversion facilitiies.
