Doing Business with the TSC
The mission/vision of the TSC is to be Reclamation’s preferred provider of science and engineering services.
The TSC philosophy is customer focused for fast, flexible, and friendly services.
TSC services are provided to customers as requested on a job-by-job basis.
Customers fund the TSC through service agreements. TSC receives virtually no direct appropriation funding.
The TSC operates as a business, and uses a billable rate fee structure to fully recover its operating costs.
Hiring the TSC is Fast and Simple . . .
You can either:
- Contact a client liaison, who will work with you to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to meet your needs, or
- Work directly with any of our technical staff. (Locate staff members by browsing the links on the TSC Home Page, using our Interactive On-Line Directory, or referring to our most recent printed directory.)
We will work with you to create a TSC Service Agreement based on the scope of work, schedule, and estimated cost to provide the technical services you need. Once you have signed the Service Agreement, we can start work immediately.
If you are an internal Reclamation customer, we can work with an 18-digit Reclamation account number. Contact a client liaison.
If you are with another Federal agency, work with your local procurement office to develop an interagency agreement that obligates funding to perform the work you need. Dianne Parson, 303-445-2302, our client liaison for non-Reclamation customers can help, if needed.
If you are a non-Federal customer and we have authority to work with you, we will develop an agreement and means of receiving payment (usually in advance or via credit card). Dianne Parson, our client liaison for non-Reclamation customers can help, if needed.
