Download USBRWeir.xls, version 1.1 - The Zip file you download contains versions for both Excel 2003 and Excel 2007. The calculation engine in both spreadsheets is the same.

NOTE: The Excel 2007 version generates several "compiler errors" when it loads, but should work once you have acknowledged the errors. I have tried, but have been unable to eliminate these error messages.
