SUBPART 1449.1 -- GENERAL PRINCIPLES
WBR 1449.101 Authorities and responsibilities. In addition to the responsibilities listed in FAR 49.101(b) , the CO shall also prepare a memorandum for the contract file explaining the reasons for the termination for convenience.
WBR 1449.107 Audit of prime contract settlement proposals and subcontract settlements. Responses to audit reports shall be made in accordance with WBR 1401.7081-3(b) .
