DEFINITIONS OF WORDS AND TERMS
SUBPART WBR 1402.1 -- DEFINITIONS
As used throughout this regulation, the following words and
terms are used as defined in this subpart unless the context in
which they are used clearly requires a different meaning, or a
different definition is prescribed for a particular part or portion
of a part:
(a) "Acquisition and Assistance
Management Services" (AAMS) means D-7800.
(b)
"Bureau procurement chief" (BPC) means the Manager,
AAMS.
(c) "Chief of the contracting office"
(CCO)
means --
(1) The senior
GS-1102 official in each regional contracting office; and
(2) The Chief, Acquisition Operations Group, AAMS,
D-7810.
(d) "Contracting office" means
--
(1) The regional contracting office; and
(2) AAMS.
(e) "Head of
the contracting activity" (HCA) means --
(1)
The Commissioner, Bureau of Reclamation; and
(2)
The Director, Management Services Office, D-7000.
(f)
"Head of the contracting office" (HCO)
means
--
(1) The Regional Director; and
(2)
The BPC.
