The Bureau of Reclamation intends to renew or convert the water service contracts with the East Bench Irrigation District and the Clark Canyon Water Supply Company in accordance with the Act of July 2, 1956, entitled "Administration of Contracts Under Section 9, Reclamation Project Act of 1939." The contracts will provide a continued water supply from the East Bench Unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. Public negotiations are scheduled to continue at 6 p.m. on January 17, 2006, 8:30 a.m. on January 18, 2006, and at 8:30 a.m. on January 19, 2006, at the Search and Rescue Building, 1000 Highway 41, Dillon, MT. All negotiation sessions will be open to the public.
