SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation is continuing negotiations with the Conaway Preservation Group, LLC, for an amendment to the existing Sacramento River Settlement Contract to provide for the sale of 10,000 acre-feet of Conaway’s claim to the natural flow of the Sacramento River to the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency.

The following session is scheduled for the negotiations:Sacramento; Friday, Nov. 16, 2012; 10 a.m.; Bureau of Reclamation Regional Office; Room No. E-2901; 2800 Cottage Way; Sacramento, CA 95825. The public is welcome to attend this negotiation and will have the opportunity to provide comments to Reclamation regarding this contracting action.
