Second Public Meeting on the Central Valley Project and State Water Project Water Operations Plan
The Bureau of Reclamation and California Department of Water Resources (DWR) have scheduled a second public information meeting on the Operations Criteria and Plan (OCAP) Biological Assessment (BA).

The public information meeting is scheduled on Monday, December 6, 2004, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the California Bay-Delta Authority, 650 Capitol Mall, Bay-Delta Room, Fifth Floor, Sacramento, California.

Topics to be discussed include summarizing the purpose of the OCAP and the BA, along with providing more detail of the formal and early consultation actions. A presentation on the results of the BA analysis will be provided.
