The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., on October 16, 2007, in the Brand Room of the Rendezvous Center at the Goshen County Fairgrounds, in Torrington, Wyoming. The Fairgrounds are located on Highway 26, 0.9 miles west of the Highway 26 and Highway 85 junction in Torrington. A presentation will be made on the operations, accounting and allocations of the North Platte River Reservoirs in Water Year 2007 (October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007). Scenarios of operations for Water Year 2008 will be presented using reasonable minimum, most probable, and reasonable maximum water supply conditions.
