It also presents information about policies that support or conflict with water use efficiency measures; examples of successful Federal, State, regional and local strategies where collaborative interagency and stakeholder efforts have resulted in exemplary programs; and recommendations to funding agencies and fund-seeking entities to improve collaboration and implementation of water-saving projects.
