Reclamation Announces the Availability of a Final EA and FONSI

The Bureau of Reclamation has completed a Final Environmental Assessment (EA) for the conversion of long-term water service contracts to repayment contracts with Clark Canyon Water Supply Company and East Bench Irrigation District. A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was signed on Nov. 7, 2006. The Final EA and FONSI were completed in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available on Reclamation's Web site at www.usbr.gov/gp/mtao/, or by contacting Reclamation's Montana Area Office at: Bureau of Reclamation PO Box 30137 Billings, MT 59105-0137
