Reclamation Financial Assistance Handbook (RFAH) Interim Revision
1. Purpose. This memorandum transmits a revision to RFAH IV.C.3.
2. Effective date. This RFAM is effective upon issuance.
3. Expiration date. This RFAM is in effective until canceled or superceded.
4. Background. The change in the numbering system for assistance agreements is necessary to comply with the requirements of Reclamation Acquisition Regulations (RAR) 1404.8111. A copy of the revision to RFAH IV.C.3 is attached. A complete copy of the revised RFAH may be found on the Internet at http://www.usbr.gov/aamsden/RFAH.html.
