Subject:  Electronic Transmittal (ET) No. 05-08, Amendment 1 – Payment Advice Internet Delivery (PAID) System Award Cover Sheet

1. Background: The Bureau of Reclamation has entered into an agreement with the Department of the Treasury’s Financial Management Services (FMS) to make invoice payment remittance information available on the Internet or by-email to Reclamation vendors and recipients. The system that provides this information is called the Payment Advice Internet Delivery (PAID) system.

2. Purpose: The cover page released in ET 05-08 is replaced with the attached cover page. It is suggested that this be printed on a bright colored sheet of paper to better attract attention.

3. Effective Date: Immediately

4. Expiration Date: September 30, 2005

5. Action Required: Regional acquisition offices should distribute this
memorandum to all acquisition personnel.
