Subject:  Electronic Transmittal (ET) No. 05-04, Ensuring Accurate Procurement Data Reporting to the Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)

1. Purpose: To transmit Department of the Interior Acquisition Policy Release (DIAPR) 2004-7, subject as above, and the Procurement Data Quality Control Plan.

2. Effective date: Effective upon issuance.

3. Expiration date: Effective until cancelled or superseded.

4. Background: See attached DIAPR 2004-7 and letter from the Chairman, Committee On Small Business.

5. Action Required: Certify to the Manager, AAMD, by November 15, 2004, that fiscal year 2004 data is complete and accurate in accordance with the attached DIAPR. Regional acquisition offices shall distribute this ET to all acquisition personnel.
