Subject:  Electronic Transmittal (ET) No. . 04-22, DIAPR 2002-4, Amendment 2

1. Purpose: To provide clarification on certain information provided in DIAPR 2002-4.

2. Effective date: Effective upon issuance.

3. Expiration date: This amendment remains in effect until canceled or superseded.

4. Background: The attached document provides clarification of reporting credit card transactions to the Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)

5. Action Required: Regional acquisition offices should distribute this information as appropriate. Reporting all actions above $2,500, including purchase card transactions, is required in FPDS-NG.
