Subject:Electronic Transmittal (ET) No. . 04-12, Wage Determinations OnLine.gov - WDOL.gov User's Guide (Ver 4.0)

1. Purpose: To transmit guidance from the Office of Acquisition and Property Management, March 12, 2004, on Service Contract Act wage determination procedures under the new WDOL.gov website versus those under the Department of the Interior's previous subscription to the Department of Labor wage determinations through NTIS FedWorld.

2. Effective Date: March 12, 2004.

3. Expiration Date: Until canceled or superseded.

4. Background: See attached guidance.

5. Explanation of Changes: Until further notice or amendment of the WDOL.gov User's Guide and/or the Federal Acquisition Regulation, contracting officers are not required to forward copies of SF 98s that are based on wage determinations gathered from the WDOL.gov website to the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division.

6. Action Required: Regional acquisition offices shall distribute this ET to all acquisition personnel.
