By the attached memorandum dated February 24, 1999, the DOI Senior Procurement Executive has called our attention to a set of planned governmentwide agency contracts (GWACs) to be awarded by the Department of Commerce to small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and women-owned small businesses. If we place orders against these contracts, we will receive credit toward attainment of our socio-economic contracting goals.
