We are forwarding DIAPR 1998-4 dated February 25, 1998 which advises that the SBCDP has been extended indefinitely. The DIAPR goes on to advise that agencies are to monitor the attainment of small business participation goals on an annual basis rather than quarterly. Therefore, we are to follow the SBCDP set-aside policies established in DIAPR 1997-9 dated July 8, 1997 until further notice.Attachment
