We are reinstating Reclamation implementation of the subject DIAPR which was originally covered under BUDM 90-73.
The attached DIAPR retransmits a copy of the current Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs listing of geographical areas subject to affirmative action requirements specifying goals for minorities and women in construction trades (Federal Register dated October 33, 1980, which remains in effect).
