This BUDM 06-02 Supplement-1 cancels and supersedes the initial BUDM 06-02 issued on April 18, 2006. The subcontracting goals reflected within the initial BUDM did not include the required goals for women-owned small business, HubZone Small Business, and Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business, as set by the Department of the Interior.
