Subject: Business Utilization and Development Memorandum (BUDM) 05-02 - Department of the Interior Acquisition Policy Release (DIAPR) 2000-2, Amendment 2 - Streamlined Acquisition of Services from Small Businesses
The attached subject amendment extends, until March 31, 2005, the class waiver of the synopsis requirement in FAR Subpart 5.2 when agencies acquire services valued between $25,000 and$100,000 from small businesses. Services exempt from set-asides under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program are excluded from this waiver.
This BUDM expires: March 31, 2005
