Subject: Business Utilization and Development Memorandum (BUDM) 02-05 - Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (SBCDP), Adjustment of Set-Aside Policy - Department of the Interior Acquisition Policy Release (DIAPR) 2002-08, dated August 23, 2002

The subject DIAPR may be found at http://www.doi.gov/pam/diapr2002-8.pdf . There are no adjustments that affect Reclamation.

Reclamation shall continue to not use set-asides for small business (FAR Subpart 19.5) for Designated Industry Group (DIG) acquisitions estimated to exceed the AReserve Amount for Emerging Small Businesses.@ The reserve amount for A-E services continues to be $50,000. The reserve amount for construction, refuse systems and related services, and nonnuclear ship repair continues to be $25,000. Further information is contained in the DIAPR.
