Authorization of direct awards to 8(a) contractors
1. Purpose: To transmit Department of the Interior Acquisition Policy Release (DIAPR) 2000-1.
2. Effective date: October 15, 2001.
3. Expiration date: June 30, 2003.
4. Background: See attached DIAPR.
5. Explanation of changes: See attached DIAPR. RAR WBR 1419.800(f) will be revised under ET-02-01, Supplement 1 to reflect the new Partnership Agreement.
6. Action required: Regional acquisition offices should distribute this BUDM as appropriate.
