OSDBU has approved our using the attached revision which recognizes the HUBZone and Veteran-Owned Business Programs. These changes were suggested by our Lower Colorado Region.
This BUDM will remain in effect until a revised DI-1886 is included in the DIAR or issued under DIAPR.
