OFPP Policy Letter 99-01 on Small Business Goals
I am forwarding the attached OFPP Policy Letter 99-01, Small Business Procurement Goals, effective date November 8, 1999. This letter rescinds OFPP Policy Letter 91-1, Government-wide Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Goals for Procurement Contracts, March 1, 1991. The new policy letter will serve as the basis for BEDP goal establishment and reporting in the future.
