Water Management Plans

The Central Valley Improvement Act of 1992 (CVPIA) and Section 210(b) of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 requires the preparation and submittal of a Water Management Plan (Plan) from certain entities that enter into a repayment contract or water service contract with the Bureau of Reclamation. Each Plan is required to be updated every 5 years. The following Plans have been deemed adequate:
