Reclamation in cooperation with the Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 (HMRD), proposes to replace Sack Dam and install a new fish screen structure in Arroyo Canal to accommodate fish passage in the San Joaquin River, in accordance with the Stipulation of Settlement (Settlement) in NRDC, et al., v. Kirk Rodgers, et al.

The EA/IS has been revised as a result of comments received during the public review period.

01/28/2013:
Draft FONSI and EA available for public review on June 1, 2012. Comments were due July 2, 2012. Waiting to complete cultural resources and endangered species compliance.
