Summary:
Reclamation proposes to construct, operate, and maintain for 18 months a demonstration facility for drainage treatment within the geographical boundaries of the existing Panoche Drainage District's San Joaquin River Water Quality Implementation Program reuse area. The primary purpose of the facility is to demonstrate and operate the reverse osmosis and selenium biotreatment technologies described in the Feasibility Report in order to collect cost and performance data required for final design of the corresponding full-scale drainage service treatment components to be constructed in Westlands Water District.

Status:
06/12/2012:
Draft FONSI and EA available for review on September 19, 2011. Comments were due on October 17, 2011. Working on comments to Draft and Monitoring Plan before Final EA/FONSI can be completed. FONSI signed and final EA completed on June 7, 2012.
