Summary: The North Marin Water District (NMWD) has slightly revised the recycled water transmission and distribution pipelines in the Hamilton Area proposed as part of the Recycled Water Expansion Project, Novato South Service Area (South Service Area Project). This is one of the projects in the North Bay Water Recycling Program. Reclamation would provide Federal funds to share in the cost of the project as authorized by the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act of 1992 (Title XVI of Public Law 102-575).
