Summary:
Reclamation proposes to acquire from 500 to 2000 acre-feet of water from the Merced Irrigation District and deliver it to the East Bear Creek of the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge complex. This will help meet the Refuge needs in December and November.

11/23/2011:
2010 Acquisition: Draft FONSI and EA available for review on October 19, 2010. Comments due by November 2, 2010. FONSI signed and final EA completed November 3, 2010. ****** 2011 Acquisition: Finding of No New Significant Impact signed on November 21, 2011.
