Central Valley Project Conservation Program/Habitat Restoration Program Projects for Fiscal Year 2010(EAs and CECs)
The primary goal of the Central Valley Project Conservation Program (CVPCP)is to meet the needs, including habitat needs, of listed and special-status species affected by the Central Valley Project.The CVPCP is highly integrated into the Central Valley Project Improvement Act(CVPIA) Habitat Restoration Program (HRP) [(b)1)(other) program]. The purpose and objectives of the HRP is generally to address other environmental impacts of the CVP, such as the impacts to birds in the Pacific Flyway as well as listed species.

Four FONSIs/EAs and one CEC have been completed.
