Summary:
Reclamation proposes to approve the proposed transfers of Central Valley Project (CVP) water to Department of Water Resources (DWR) 2009 Drought Water Bank (DWB). Water for the DWB (both CVP and non-CVP sources) would be transferred to water users that are at risk of experiencing water shortages in 2009 due to drought conditions and that require supplemental water supplies to meet anticipated demands.

Status:
04/17/2009:
The Draft EA and Draft FONSI were released on March 5, 2009. Comments were due March 19, 2009. Final EA prepared and FONSI signed on April 14, 2009.
