Title:
Stony Gorge Reservoir Fire Management Plan 2007 Environmental Assessment
Site:
Summary:
The Fire Management Plan (FMP) was developed to guide a range of fire management activities permitted by policy at Reclamation's Stony Gorge Reservoir lands, Glenn County, California, for a 10-year period. The Draft FMP emphasize a program that uses fire suppression and prescribed fire activities to reduce hazards on Reclamation's Stony Gorge Reservoir lands and provide resource management benefits. When the FMP is completed, the fire management program will employ a variety of activities, with the assistance of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, and other wildland fire agencies, to accomplish land and resource management objectives and reduce the risk of fire.
