Summary:
Reclamation proposes to enter into a one-year Warren Act contract, for storage and conveyance of up to 20,000 AF of non-Central Valley Project water from Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) to Westlands Water District (WWD) to be stored and conveyed through Federal and State facilities. The Proposed Action would help alleviate water supply shortages within WWD, which have been exacerbated by dry conditions and low water allocations.

Draft EA and FONSI was available for public review on May 13, 2013. Comments were due May 27, 2013. FONSI signed on May 30, 2013.
