Summary:
Reclamation proposes to issue a five-year Warren Act contract that would allow San Luis Water District to convey non-Central Valley Project water (pumped groundwater) in the San Luis Canal from July 2012 through February 28, 2017. Additionally, Reclamation proposes to issue a 25-year license to use, operate, and maintain an existing pipeline over the SLC right of way at milepost 79.67R.

The Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact are available for public review from June 27, 2012 through July 11, 2012. FONSI signed and final EA completed on August 1, 2012.
