2009 Water Supply Enhancement Study (formerly the Water Bank)
The program generally known as the “Water Bank” was operated from 2001 through 2009 under various names, beginning as the “Demand Reduction Program” in 2001, continuing as the “Water Bank” from 2002 through 2006, and finally as the “Water Supply Enhancement Study” from 2007 through 2008.
In 2009, this program was transferred to the Klamath Water and Power Authority (KWAPA).
