Get W.E.T. (Water Education Today) 2009

The Bureau of Reclamation will be hosting the 8th Annual Get W.E.T. (Water Education Today) event at the Central California Area Office’s American River Water Education Center at Folsom Dam.   Details...

Get W.E.T. is a fun event for the whole family to become aware of the importance of our water and conservation. Our goal is to encourage water education and appreciation for our natural resources. A variety of your local water districts and other water related agencies and organizations will present this message through games, interactive activities, conservation booths and prizes.

This is a free event scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Free parking is available along with site access from the American River Parkway.
