New Melones Lake Evening Program August 20, 2011
The New Melones Lake evening program “History of New Melones Lake” held on August 20, 2011 educated visitors on the cultural, physical, and geological importance of New Melones Lake.
Visitors learned what is in store for its future and the importance of conservation of our natural resources.
There were crafts and gold panning for everyone to enjoy, a power point presentation and to the delight of all, a chicken was brought for the children to pet.
