Notice of Revision of the Standard Criteria
for Evaluating Water Management Plans

The Standard Criteria for Evaluating Water Management Plans (Criteria) were developed by the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) in response to the Central Valley Project Improvement Act of 1992 (CVPIA) and in accordance with the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (RRA).

The purpose of the Criteria is to promote the highest level of water-use efficiency reasonably achievable by Contractors using best available, cost-effective technology and Best Management Practices.    Details
