Laguna Division Conservation Area Project
Environmental Documents
In addition to the documents listed here, several technical presentation materials and other background information on this project are available on the Lower Colorado Multi-Species Conservation Program Laguna Division Conservation Area project page. These documents were prepared in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations for implementing NEPA. These documents evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project and its alternatives on the physical and human environment and determine if the impacts would be significant enough to warrant the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). In this case, the Bureau of Reclamation has concluded that implementation of the project will not significantly affect the environment in or near the work area (Finding of No Significant Impact), so an EIS will not be prepared.
