Added Bonita Creek fish barrier to the constructed barrier sites listing. Also, under the proposed barrier sites listing, a link has been placed for Hot Springs Canyon.

Bonita Creek Fish Barrier
Added the completion date for the constructed fish barrier along with pictures of the barrier and a map of the site location.

Hot Springs Barrier Site
