A parcel of land located in said West Half .of the Northeast Quarter (W½ NE¼) of said Section 31, described as follows;

Beginning at point 12, which point is the North Quarter Corner of said Section 31,

thence Southerly along the West line of said NE'/4, S. 00º 08' E., 1982.8 feet to point 18; which point is on the West line of the lands conveyed to the United States from John T. Zuroske, Trustee for the Frances M. Zuroske Trust as described in Quit Claim Deed recorded May 18, 1993, in Book 68, Page 135 of the records of Nance County, Nebraska;

thence N. 88º 46' E., 124.1 feet to point 1;

thence N. 01º 42' W., 1982.5 feet to point 2; which point is on the North line of said W½ NE¼;

The above Parcels L, M, N and O contain an area of 137.0 acres, more or less.
