June 20, 2001 Management Plan Adoption Endorsement

The Management Plan attached hereto, dated June 20, 2001, was adopted as the amended Plan by the Nebraska State Museum in accordance with the authority granted to the Director thereof by the University of Nebraska Board of Regents' action at its meeting on June 23, 2001. This amended Plan is hereby approved and agreed to by the parties to the original Memorandum of Agreement, concerning historical and archeological actions as a part of the transfer of title to the Middle Loup Project facilities, to which a Management Plan is to be attached. This amended Plan is intended by all parties to be the Plan in force at the time of the implementation of the Memorandum of A areement and is deemed by all parties to forthwith be attached and made a part thereof.

Accepted and adopted on the 23^rd day of July, 2001.
