The principal component of the work under this project includes constructing a single story office building on a foundation, completely finished and ready for occupancy. The building shall be connected to the existing office building which will require demolition work. Site work will include drawing. Concrete curb and sidewalk, and asphalt paving. The minimum size of the building is 1,720 square feet minimum. The building may be larger if needed to meet builders specific construction methods and size(s), and shall accommodate reception area, waiting area mail/copy/filing room, conference room, men and women ADA compliant restrooms, break area to include refrigerator, sink, microwave, counter top, cabinet space. The work must conform to Pierre, South Dakota Building Codes for submission of design calculations, reviewed shop and construction drawing, as required for acquiring certification and permits.

Description of work: PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM CONTRACTORS HOLDING A VALID GENERAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION (GSA) CONTRACT UNDER FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE (FFS) 56 FEDERAL SUPPLY GROUP 54 (PRE-ENGINEERED/PRE-FABRICATED BUILDINGS). That include the following special item numbers: SIN 361-10 (Pre-Engineering Buildings). SIN 361-30 (Ancillary Services) SIN 361-32 (Site Preparation and Installation Services). The Government intends to procure from contractors that have been awarded a contract under Federal Supply Service 56 Federal Supply Group 54 for Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Buildings by the General Service Administration (GSA). Work to be performed under this project includes furnishing and installing a pre-engineered/pre-fabricated metal building approximated size 30' x 30' at Tiber Dam.
