Agrimet Data Collection Station

AgriMet Data Collection Station, near Helena Valley, Montana, part of the Great Plains Agricultural Data Collection System. For more information about AgriMet, see the About AgriMet page, accessible from the menu on the left.

AgriMet: Weather & Crop Water Use Charts

The AgriMet station HVMT was installed June 29, 1995. The cooperating agencies involved with this station are the Bureau of Reclamation, Soil & Water Conservation Districts of Montana, the Lewis and Clark Conservation District, and Northwest Energy Efficieency Alliance.

The site is approximately 4.5 miles northeast of Helena, Montana. Latitude: 46 40 45 Longitude: 111 59 00 elevation-3673'
