Agrimet Data Collection Station, near Buffalo Rapids

AgriMet Data Collection Station,near Buaffalo Rapids, not far from Glendive, Montana, part of the Great Plains Agricultural Data Collection System. For more information about AgriMet, see the About AgriMet page, accessible from the menu on the left.

AgriMet: Weather & Crop Water Use Charts

The AgriMet station BRGM was installed March 10, 1999. The cooperating agencies involved with this station are the Bureau of Reclamation, and the Buffalo Rapids Irrigation District.

The site is located approximately 10 miles southwest of Glendive, Montana: 46 59 16 Latitude: 104 48 11 Longitude elevation-2140'
