The AgriMet Station BFAM was installed April 13, 1999. The cooperating agencies involved with this station are the Bureau of Reclamation, NRCS, and the Blackfeet Tribe.

The site is approximately 12 Miles west-northwest of Cut Bank, Montana. latitude: 48 40 30 longitude: 112 35 20 elevation-3905'.
