I have reviewed the Team 12 report for the 11/7 public meeting. A lot of progress has been made. But, I notice that Team 12 is still silent on the pricing of services for internal services. It seems like this should be addressed to reduce possibility of "gaming" rates quoted for similar services at different offices. How can the COG determine if we are being cost-effective if there are not strict instructions about what costs are included when pricing services at each Reclamation office that offers the same services? 11/02/2007
