WORKLOAD AT MP CONSTRUCTION OFFICE The retort that I've heard in the past that we are ALL very busy, just doesn't seem to be addressing the problem that I see in the OE Division. I hope there is some sort of plan in the near future to address the problems that I (and others) see everyday. I have 3 suggestions to offer: 1. Processes (all OE processes) must be realistically and properly defined (process management), 2. then the proper staffing must be identified to address the processes (matching skill levels with permanent processes and intermittent processes), 3. then the office must staff the various skill levels, to properly handle all of the identified and defined processes. Excessive Multi-tasking for individuals, breaks down when the workload becomes excessive, and I've not heard a cliché yet, that ever solved an actual workload problem.	07/28/2006
