"EITHER YOU ARE WITH ME OR AGAINST ME", Pres. Bush. I was a resent employee with the Bureau at New Melones Lake, Angels Camp, CA. After 20 some years serving our government in a number of agencies including a year in combat, receiving a medical discharge, in 1967. I was a term employee for 3 years out of a possible 4, but was forced into early retirement that 4th year, a year short of FULL retirement, because my position was terminated (for 4 months & refiled with same conditions & pay to another individual). Reason for me being railroaded out was simply for demanding that all employees be held accountable for fraud-waste & abuse. It basically originated with a reoccurring customer safety issue that wasn't being taken care of until I reported it (months later). I lost a lot of respect for fellow employees and lower management for demanding accountability in their own positions as well as the lower workers (demanding that the buck stop somewhere, it never did of course) lack of work ethics. Upper management at the area office in Folsom, Ca. along with the safety department turned a blind eye to it all and in fact encouraged & recommended that I was the one to be reprimanded & eventually dealt with. The Bureau likes to talk safety first, but that is all it is. They say they want feedback from the employees, but I dare you to speak. See what has happened in the generals in Iraq & Bush's staff & some in congress who dare to speak up to the lies cover-ups & abuse that is running rampant throughout our federal government. I don't believe how people can still be B.S.ed & go off to war. Whatever happened to GOD Bless America?	01/31/2007
